Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026 · Draft — requires attorney review before publication

This Privacy Policy describes how I Build Clay Tables, a DBA of Gamma Growth Partners LLC (“IBCT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit ibuildclaytables.com (the “Site”) or use our productized Clay table building services (the “Services”).

1. Who we are

I Build Clay Tables is a productized service operated as a registered DBA of Gamma Growth Partners LLC, an Indiana limited liability company. Our principal place of business is 7111 W 151st Street PMB 322, Overland Park, KS 66223. For privacy-related questions or requests, contact us at info@gammagrowthpartners.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information when you interact with the Site or Services:

2.1 Information you provide directly

  • Account and billing information. Name, email address, company name, billing address, and payment information (processed by our payment processor — see Section 5).

  • Service spec information. Information you submit through our intake form, including target ICP definitions, signals to detect, enrichment requirements, and example accounts. Used solely to deliver the Services you have purchased.

  • Communication content. Information you send us through email, Slack, scheduled calls, or other channels in the course of receiving the Services.

  • Clay workspace access. To deliver our Services, we require collaborator access to your Clay workspace. We do not store credentials; access is granted by you within Clay’s permission system and may be revoked at any time.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Site usage data. Standard web analytics including IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and time on page, collected through privacy-friendly analytics tools.

  • Cookies and similar technologies. We use a minimal number of cookies — primarily for essential site functionality and analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels from advertising networks.

2.3 Information we do not collect

  • We do not collect data from your Clay workspace beyond what is necessary to build the Tables you have specified.

  • We do not sell personal information. Ever. To any party. For any purpose.

  • We do not use your Service data to train AI models, market to your prospects, or build derivative datasets.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Delivering the Services you have purchased (building Clay tables and workbooks).

  • Processing payments and managing billing.

  • Communicating about your Services, including delivery notifications, support, and revision requests.

  • Sending occasional emails about Service updates, new features, or relevant operational changes (you can opt out at any time).

  • Maintaining and improving the Site, complying with legal obligations, and detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.

4. How we share information

We share information only in the limited circumstances described below. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4.1 Service providers

We share information with third-party providers who perform services on our behalf, contractually required to use it only to perform those services. Current providers include Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email and documents), Slack (client communication), Tally / Typeform (intake forms), Loom (delivery walkthroughs), Calendly (scheduling), Clay Labs (the platform within which Services are delivered), and our privacy-friendly site analytics provider.

4.2 Legal requirements

We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.

4.3 Business transfers

If IBCT or its parent entity Gamma Growth Partners LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers. Stripe’s handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe’s privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). We retain limited payment metadata (transaction IDs, amounts, dates) for accounting and tax purposes.

6. Data retention

  • Account and billing records: retained for the longer of 7 years from the most recent transaction, or the customer relationship plus 12 months.

  • Service spec data: retained for 12 months after Service completion to support reasonable revision requests, then deleted unless a longer period is requested.

  • Communication records: retained for 24 months, then archived or deleted.

  • Site analytics: aggregated and anonymized data retained indefinitely; individual session data retained for a limited period.

You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting info@gammagrowthpartners.com, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • Right to access, correct, delete, and port your information.

  • Right to object to certain processing activities and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, contact info@gammagrowthpartners.com. We will respond within 30 days. Verification of identity may be required.

7.1 California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, including the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information and to opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information.

7.2 EU/UK residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, the GDPR and equivalent laws apply. Our legal basis for processing is typically performance of a contract, our legitimate business interests, or your consent. You may lodge complaints with your local data protection authority.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted data transmission, need-to-know access controls, and reputable service providers. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Site.

9. Children’s information

The Services are intended for business use by adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
